         There was this game, a simple yet captivating mobile game, that became my daily fixation. It was just a simple war game, but it captivated my thoughts, time and money. There were times I'd spend hours on the game trying to beat other players, attacking, and doing the mini games that the game offered. I got so obsessed with beating other players that I started to spend money on the game to make myself stronger in the game. It wasn't until my mom yelled at me about how much money I was spending, that I realized I had a problem.
