    Today in Amer. Lit some of us presented our poems then had a discussion about said poem. We discussed three poems which were “Nothing Gold Can Stay” “Aquatinted with the Night” and “After Apple-Picking” all by Robert Frost. The After Apple-Picking poem was my personal favorite because it was very deep and the discussion was very nice. Many people had different opinions on what the theme was and stuff like that. Tomorrow, I will be presenting my poem “Mending Wall” also by Robert Frost.

 

 Today we read the poem “Out Out” be Robert Foster. The poem was about a little boy dying in a freak accident. I liked this poem a lot because it shows how quick a life can end and to always be cautious. I feel like it did make me a little more paranoid thought. Overall the discussion was nice fun.
